Welcome to the Incarnation Mothers’ Club website!  We hope you find the information posted here informative and useful.

The MC Board wants you to know that you are highly valued in our community and we want to make sure you are well taken care of!  We hope that you will always feel part of the community that is inclusive, supportive, stimulating and inviting.

We strongly encourage you to attend the MC meetings that are held on the second Tuesday of every month in the school gym at 7:30 pm.  Attending these meetings will help you get to know other parents in the community, hear updates on upcoming events, and participate in discussions about current issues related to our children and the school.  You will also hear informal reports from Mrs. Hawk (principal) and other administrators or guest speakers.  Minutes from these meetings will be included in the weekly brown envelope that is sent home with your child.  Everyone’s input and involvement is most welcome! 

In addition to organizing many school-wide events such as Pizza with Santa, Mother/Child event and Father/Child event, which we call “FUNraisers”, the MC raises funds to help defray the costs of such programs as music, computer software, financial aide, school nurse, textbooks, fieldtrip buses, library refurbishment, gym equipment and the eighth grade fieldtrip to Springfield, IL.  This is done thru various fundraisers such as our Annual Dinner Dance & Silent Auction being held in March, Golden C Coupon Book, and Football Mania. 

We greatly appreciate any support you can give to the MC’s fundraising efforts and hope to see you all at our monthly meetings.  Please check our website frequently for updates.

P.S.  Somewhere on the MC website is a raffle ticket for a free Tuesday Hot Lunch!  Find, print and bring to the next Mothers’ Club meeting for your chance to win a free Tuesday Hot Lunch!  The ticket will be in a different spot each month.  Only one entry per family per meeting.  Must be present to win.
